We will discuss the various ways attorneys can use an expert in a DNA case to show why their opponent is wrong:
- independent test or re-test;
- pre-trial hearings; and
- explain to a jury
Also, how you and your expert can uncover avenues of attack for cross-examination of the opponent's expert.
